A 16th century collection of transcripts of muniments, statutes, and customs relating to the cathedral, attributed to Dean Cosyn, mainly in English translation. The appendix contains the remainder of the Wells consuetudinary, Bishop Beckington’s statutes for the vicars, the Wells office for the translation of St. Andrew, a fragment of an obit book and extracts (including the visitation of Glastonbury, 1538) from consistory court proceedings.
